Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist
Legend DigiTech is seeking a Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage in-house digital marketing operations for our agency projects and internal brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Meta and Google campaigns, overseeing social media pages, and ensuring consistent, performance-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for agency-managed brands.
- Develop and implement monthly social media content calendars for brand pages.
- Monitor daily ad performance and produce reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative team to brief ad copies, visuals, and landing page requirements.
- Ensure accurate audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation across campaigns.
- Manage page moderation, including community engagement (comments, DMs, and lead responses where applicable).
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend new campaign strategies based on market trends.
- Maintain campaign documentation and performance logs for internal tracking.
- Execute retargeting, lookalike audience, and funnel-based advertising strategies.
- Report on key performance indicators such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven record of running paid campaigns and managing social media pages across multiple brands or industries.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, reporting, tracking, and optimisation.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Experience with pixel setup, remarketing funnels, and analytics dashboards is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal creative and design teams.
- A portfolio, case studies, or performance screenshots of previous campaigns must be shared with the application.
Nice to Have
- Basic Canva or design briefing skills.
- Meta and/or Google certification.
- Experience with lead forms, website conversion tracking, and remarketing workflows.
