Immigration Advisor (Female)

Job Summary:  

One of our UK based client is looking for an Immigration/Sales Advisor to join our team at our Islamabad Office. The Immigration Advisor will be responsible for promoting our immigration services, assisting clients with their immigration needs, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sales expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures. The ideal candidate will excel in client engagement, sales generation, and providing accurate immigration guidance. Furthermore, the Immigration Advisor should possess proficiency in social media marketing, including creating engaging video content. The role involves a blend of indoor and outdoor sales activities to effectively reach and engage potential clients. Responsibilities:   

• Gather detailed information about various visa categories from senior team members. 

• Research visa categories and immigration regulations from reliable internet sources. 

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of all immigration products and services offered by the company. 

• Engage actively in all training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on daily basis. 

• Ensure all client interactions and transactions are documented properly. 

• Conduct daily follow-ups with clients to provide updates, answer queries, and ensure client satisfaction. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. 

• Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in immigration laws and policies. 

• Adjust strategies and advice to clients based on the most current information. 

• Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and processing teams, to ensure seamless service delivery. 

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company. 

• Compile regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. 

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. 

• Participate in marketing indoor/outdoor campaigns and outreach activities to attract new clients. 

• Collect feedback from clients to improve services and client satisfaction. 

• Create engaging video content tailored for various social media platforms to promote the company’s services and engage with the audience effectively. 

  Requirements  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or in a relevant field is preferred. 

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or related industry. 

• Fresh Marketing graduates can also apply. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. 

• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and visa types. 

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 

• Proficiency in using social media platforms for business promotion. 

• Experience in creating video content for social media marketing. 

• Willingness to engage in both indoor and outdoor sales activities.
