Office Manager

  • Duties:
    • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
    • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the smooth running of the office environment. o Coordinate and support office staff, including handling scheduling, communications, and office events.
    • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Assist with HR tasks, including on boarding new employees and managing employee records.
  • Where the Job Sits on the Hierarchy Chart:
    • The Office Manager will report directly to Mr. Fahad Lateef, the Director. This role will be positioned between the Director and the SEO Lead and Web Development staff.
  • Minimum Salary You Would Guarantee if the Job Were Vacant Today:
    • £35,000 per annum
  • Skill, Experience, and Qualifications Required:
    • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. o Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). o Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. o         Relevant qualifications, such as a degree or diploma in business administration or related fields, are preferred.
