Office Manager
- Duties:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the smooth running of the office environment. o Coordinate and support office staff, including handling scheduling, communications, and office events.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with HR tasks, including on boarding new employees and managing employee records.
- Where the Job Sits on the Hierarchy Chart:
- The Office Manager will report directly to Mr. Fahad Lateef, the Director. This role will be positioned between the Director and the SEO Lead and Web Development staff.
- Minimum Salary You Would Guarantee if the Job Were Vacant Today:
- £35,000 per annum
- Skill, Experience, and Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. o Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). o Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. o Relevant qualifications, such as a degree or diploma in business administration or related fields, are preferred.
